  • Broadband Internet connection
    • A minimum of 16 MB is recommended
    • Preferably a LAN / wired connection
    • 3GB USB Dongle is not recommended as it may not be adequate for streaming our video lessons
  • Supported Internet Browser
    Google Chrome
    (Recommended)
    Firefox Internet Explorer
  • Ensure that your computer system meets our required specifications.
  • Ensure that Firewall is not blocking port 80 and port 1935.

All browsers keep a local copy of web documents such as HTML pages and images to reduce the bandwidth usage.

We have prepared a set of instructions to clear off the cache for each of the supported browsers:

  1. Google Chrome
  2. Mozilla Firefox
  3. Apple Safari
  4. Opera
  5. Internet Explorer

The "Please wait while loading..." message appears if the data connection to the streaming video is not continuous. This could be due to,

  1. Your connection speed. As mentioned above, you'll need a broadband connection of recommended 16 MB for the best viewing experience.
  2. You are using a 3G USB Dongle or accessing the lesson on a 3G network. Switch to a wired or LAN connection.
  3. You are on a wireless network where there are many people accessing the network at the same time. Try to access the lesson again when there are lesser people on the network.

All browsers store minimum information required for us to provide essential service and better experience.
