Customer Relations Executive

Position Type: Full-time

You are required to build positive customer relationships with new or existing customers and contribute to the company's growth by achieving sales goals.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to deliver a presentation of our solutions
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Maintain accurate customer’s records and recommend the right products for them
  • Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in a positive customer experience
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure company standards are being met
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma and above
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
