You are required to create an account and specify a password to use the features on the Platform. You agree to provide, maintain and update true and accurate information about yourself as prompted during the registration process.

Account(s) are non-transferable and you may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including using another person's username, password or other account information. Please note that any attempt to share and/or sell your account(s) will result in termination of your account(s) without prior notice.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account(s). You agree to safeguard your password from access by others. If you believe that your account(s) have been compromised, you must immediately contact us at 63415516 or email to enquiry@superstarteacher.com. You may be liable for losses incurred by the Company or others due to any unauthorised use of your account(s).

The Company authorises you to view and download the materials on the Platform provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials.

You may not modify the materials in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. For purposes of these Terms, any use of these materials on any other website for any purpose is prohibited. The materials on the Platform are copyrighted and any unauthorised use of any materials at this website may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

The Company will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

The Company reserves the right to review all success stories prior to use, which includes but not limited to correction of grammatical and writing errors.

By submitting your testimonial herein, you agree and acknowledge that the Company may use your testimonial for marketing purposes.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Testimonial Programme at any time.

As a user of our programme, you will gain access to the benefits shown on the achievement rewards page. You must use your stars earned to redeem the rewards during their applicable validity period. There shall be no extension of time for the validity period of any unused stars.

Stars have no cash or monetary value and are not redeemable for cash in any form. They cannot be purchased, resold or transferred, for value or otherwise, under any circumstances.

The Company reserves the right at any time to:

• terminate the Redemption Programme;
• revoke, adjust / recalculate any stars awarded;
• change the number of stars required for redemption of specific reward or substitute any reward with another of a similar value; or
• modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning stars.

The Company may at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to you, reject your request to redeem stars for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, where:

• there are insufficient stars to redeem for the particular reward;
• the reward is no longer available or out-of-stock;
• the stars you wish to use for redemption of rewards have been issued to you in error; or
• the Company reasonably believes that that redemption transaction may be suspicious, illegal, involves any criminal activity or involves stars that have been obtained through dishonest or fraudulent means or abusive behaviour.

Among the features offered by Superstar Teacher is the opportunity to earn credits on certain transactions made on our platform.

Credits earned are not redeemable for cash in any form and they cannot be resold or transferred, under any circumstances.

Superstar Teacher reserves the right to hold the issuance of credits earned until the qualifying transactions are complete. We may suspend the calculation and accrual of qualifying credits to rectify any errors in calculation or adjust the calculation as it reasonable deems fit without any prior notice or reason.

Fraud, abuse of credits or any dishonest activities related to Superstar Teacher Rewards Programme may result in the forfeiture of accumulated credits as well as termination of your account.

To the extent as permitted by applicable laws, Superstar Teacher reserves the right at any time to change the following terms without prior notice to you at its sole discretion:

• vary, modify, or amend the terms and conditions of the Rewards Programme;
• terminate or modify the Rewards Programme;
• revoke, adjust and/or recalculate any qualifying credits awarded;
• change the amount of qualifying credits that can be earned on qualifying transactions;
• modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning qualifying points;
• modify the activities that earn qualifying credits;
• modify the methods used to calculate the number of qualifying credits to be awarded;
• withhold or cease the awarding of qualifying credits to you;
• change or withdraw any benefits related to the Rewards Programme; or
• change the duration taken for qualifying credits to expire.

The Company has the right to terminate your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including, without limitation, if the Company, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms Of Use.
