What You'll Do:
- Conduct TikTok and Shopee livestream selling sessions (on-camera required)
- Drive sales through engaging product presentations and live interactions
- Respond to customer enquiries during livestreams and online channels
- Support content creation for TikTok videos and promotional campaigns
- Track sales performance and follow up with leads where required
- Work closely with marketing and operations team to improve livestream performance
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present offerings
Who We're Looking For:
- Comfortable and confident being on camera for livestreams and video content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to hit targets
- Able to converse in Mandarin (required due to customer base)
- Prior sales or livestream experience is a plus
